About Us
Clear Catheter Systems is a privately held medical device company that was founded to design, develop, manufacture and market innovative devices to facilitate surgical drainage. This company was formed as a collaborative effort between MDI Partners, an early stage medical device incubator, and the Cleveland Clinic Foundation based on technology developed by Dr. Edward Boyle; an Oregon thoracic surgeon, and Dr. Marc Gillinov, a heart surgeon with the Cleveland Clinic Heart and Vascular Institute.
